Second Flush

Again, a term for Darjeeling teas produced in the second growing season in May-June (Summer Season), this harvest produces an amber, full-bodied, muscatel-flavored cup with hints of fruits.

Darjeeling Second flush is renowned for as no other tea in the world is able to bring such unique flavor. The unique muscatel flavor is caused due to the combination of unique weather, topography and plant types .This tea has amber hue and taste is mostly muscatel grape flavor caused due to the tea plant reacting to small insects that are active during the summer season and they suck juices from the stems.
